I have had headaches almost every day for a month, somedays they are very bad, but sometimes a little boring. I'll tell you what I normally do not every day. I get a good selection of 7-9 hours of sleep on weekdays after school, I come home and play video games for a long time. I bike every day and is very intense for 1-2 hours. Video games can not see that reason because I played with them over 5 years for that frequency. I have not changed my eating habits to add except a few daily protein, 50 grams of protein. All ideas why it should get these headaches? Even in the 16th Year if it helps.
