It is a difficult question does not really know anybody, and I think it has something about your symptoms.

I personally think it is caused by trigger points in muscles
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trigger_point) and an integrated approach to managing stress.

It is a good book called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook, Second Edition by Claire Davis, who gives a good introduction to trigger points.

Http: / / www.pelvicpainhelp.com by Dr. David Wise is a decent place. There is more to man, but she has) a women's section of growth (http://www.pelvicpainhelpforwomen.com/.

In addition to the hot baths, stretching and relaxation for him is good.

I had this for about 3 years, 365 days a year. The first year was absolutely F * $ KD, but after finding the help of these websites (doctors were greatly improved my aspiration).

Hopes that this helps with your pain.
